2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoons black pepper (only do one if not spicy)
1 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoons coriander
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Place ribs on aluminum foil. Rub ribs with all purpose rub. Cover ribs in aluminum foil. Place on low heat on grill or oven. Grill for 1 ½ to 2 hours or bake on 250 for 3-4 hours. Take off grill and let ribs rest. Slice ribs and place on grill for two minutes per side. If you want to glaze ribs place back on grill and glaze with your favorite sauce, cook on grill for 2 more minutes and serve.

1 (4.5 lb) Grow & Behold Top of Rib 
3 tablespoons of garlic powder
3 tablespoons of onion powder
3 tablespoons of paprika
1 cup of red wine
2 cups of barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.  2. Lay the top of the rib on a flat surface. Generously coat each side with garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. 3. Place the meat in a baking dish. If the meat is too long for the baking pan, you can fold over in order for the top of  the rib to fit. 4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes uncovered. 5. Remove rib from the oven and flip over. Place back in the oven uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.  Bring oven temp to 300 degrees F. 6. In a large measuring cup, add 1 cup of red wine and 2 cups of barbecue sauce with Worcestershire. Mix well. 7. Remove rib from the oven. Pour wine mixture over the meat, making sure that it is thoroughly covered in the sauce. 8. Tightly cover the meat with tin foil, and place back in the oven for 1 hour. 9. Remove meat from the oven. Flip the rib over and place back in the oven for 30 minutes. 10.
