Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup cold filtered water (divided)
? teaspoon xanthan gum or glucomannan
6 tablespoons xylitol, erythritol, or equivalent sweetener
? teaspoon mineral salt
1 teaspoon honey flavoring, optional
5 drops (or more) yellow food coloring, optional

Steps:

  • Mix ¼ cup cold water with xanthan gum.
  • Mix remaining water, sweetener, and salt together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  • While whisking, mix in the xanthan gum water.
  • Stir constantly until it begins to thicken.
  • Remove from heat and add in honey flavoring and food coloring.
  • Mixture should thicken more as it cools.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
