Perfect for holiday gatherings! Stack up your favorite cheeses, salami, fruits and crackers to create an easy, Christmas tree shaped charcuterie board. All you need is a big wooden board (or sheet pan), and a hungry crowd. Top with fresh rosemary and serve with extra crackers!

White cheddar, cubed
Colby jack, cubed
Provolone slices
Genoa salami
(You can also use pepperoni, soppressata, or any sliced sausage)
Raspberries
Blueberries
Green grapes
Pomegranate arils, optional
Cucumbers, sliced
Pretzel sticks
Ritz crackers
Pita chips or club crackers
Rosemary sprigs

Steps:

  • Cut cheeses into cubes and slice cucumbers. Cut provolone slices using a star or snowflake cutter (or, you can cut by hand).
  • Arrange pretzel sticks as the tree "trunk." Continue layering ingredients as you prefer, creating a Christmas tree shaped arrangement.
  • Tuck a few rosemary sprigs in between the layers, as shown. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to one day ahead.
  • Serve with additional crackers.
  • Enjoy!
