Number Of Ingredients 21

250 gm beef tenderloin cut into strips
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 egg (whites only)
1/4 cup oil for frying
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 green capsicum (julienne)
1 yellow bell pepper (julienne)
1 orange bell pepper (julienne)
1/2 cup beef stock (optional)
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
2 sprig spring onions (chopped)

Steps:

  • Marinate the beef strips with all ingredients. Longer time, better results.
  • Add oil in a wok. Heat it, then fry white part of the spring onions and garlic cloves, green chillies fry until fragrant.
  • Add the strips and fry. Add the remaining marinade to create a sauce too. Add the beef stock if it seems to be too dry.
  • When beef becomes tender, add the fresh cut veggies. I like to add them in the end because I like the crunch they retain.
  • Dish out. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve with garlic rice. Enjoy!
