Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (such as Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats)
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
Desired toppings (such as sliced almonds, peanut butter, or fresh fruit)

Steps:

  • Combine oats, milk, water, salt, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Divide equally between two bowls. Drizzle each serving with 1/2 teaspoon honey. Add additional desired toppings and serve.

3 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Cannabutter (Softened)
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the Cannabutter, the white sugar, and the packed brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, mix in oats. Cover and chill dough for at least one hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. Roll the dough into golf ball size pieces (about 1.5 inches in diameter), and place 2 inches apart on your cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with a fork. Optional* you can dip the fork in sugar beforehand to give the cookies a sweeter taste.
  • Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. When times up allow the weed cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack afterwards to cool completely.
