Crust
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Margarine softened
1 (15.25- to 16.5-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
Topping
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups crisp rice cereal
2 cups dry roasted salted peanuts
1 cup candy corn

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine cake mix and butter in bowl. Beat on low speed until well mixed. Add egg; continue beating until well mixed.
Press onto bottom of ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned. Remove from oven.
Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over hot, partially baked crust. Return to oven; continue baking 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows puff.
Combine corn syrup, sugar and brown sugar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring 2-4 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Stir in cereal, peanuts and candy corn. Immediately spoon over marshmallows; spread to cover. Cool completely. Cut into bars.

1-1/2 pounds ground beef
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (46 ounces) tomato juice
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

Steps:

In a Dutch oven, cook the beef, celery and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomato juice, tomatoes, beans, soup, water, chili powder, brown sugar, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes., Stir in macaroni. Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes longer or until heated through. Discard bay leaves before serving.
