2 teaspoons flaked sea salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 180.C.
  • Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
  • Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over cashews, toss to coat.
  • Spread the cashew mixture over the lined tray and bake for 8-10 mins, stirring once, or until golden.
  • Set aside to cool & store in an airtight container.

220 g of Cashew Nuts
0.5 tsp of Turmeric
0.5 tsp of Cinnamon
0.25 tsp of Ground Ginger
1 pinch of Black Pepper
1 Cardamom Pods (optional)
35 g of Honey

Steps:

  • Roast the cashews on a tray for 12 minutes at 140 °C (285 °F).
  • Mix the spices with honey in a bowl, add the cashews, and stir well.
  • Return the nuts to the tray and bake them for 15 more minutes.
  • Let them cool down completely on a rack before serving.
