Warm fluffy pancakes topped with your choice of fruit and sugar-free syrup. A great weight-loss breakfast with only 3 ingredients. This recipe supports the Decision-free, Healthy Solutions, and Phase 2 diet plan. This recipe makes 1 serving at 345 calories.

1 Multigrain Hot Cereal
1 70 Plus Vanilla
1/2 cup water (1/4-1/3 cup for waffles)

Steps:

  • 1. Blend Multigrain Hot Cereal mix in a food processor until flour consistency. Then mix with 70 Plus shake powder and stir to combine. 
  • 2. Add in water and stir until you get a thick batter consistency. (add less water for a thicker batter to make waffles).
  • 3. Heat a pan (or waffle iron) over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Pour batter, and cook until golden brown, flip, and cook other side for 2-4 minutes until golden brown. Makes about 4 pancakes. 
  • 4. Top with sugar-free maple syrup, warm fruit, or fresh fruit.

1/4 fat-free sour cream
HMR Turkey Chili with Beans Entree
1 Cup red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
1/4 Cup salsa
3 Cup lettuce, chopped
1/2 Cup tomatoes, chopped
1 4 oz. can roasted green chilies, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Saute bell pepper pieces in pan in nonstick cooking spray until soft.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, mix the salsa and sour cream.
  • 3. Layer the ingredients on a plate in the following order: entree, salsa and sour cream mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, red peppers.
  • 4. Sprinkle the top with green chilies.
