HASH BROWN EGG BAKE RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE IT
A package of frozen potatoes makes this hash brown egg casserole simple to prepare. Featuring bacon and cheddar cheese, this easy egg bake is tasty breakfast or brunch fare. - In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and salt. Spoon into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In another large bowl, beat eggs and milk until blended; pour over hash brown mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Steps:
- Spray the 2 ramekins you are using with olive oil cooking spray or coconut oil spray.
- Add the almond butter and butter to the dish.
- Microwave for 30 seconds and mix until smooth. Set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl whisk the almond flour, salt and baking powder together.
- Pour the milk and egg to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour this mixture evenly into the two greased ramekins with the almond butter mixture and stir to combine well.
- Microwave 1-2 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool a few minutes before taking it out of the ramekin and slicing in half to toast.
- Toast until desired.
- Enjoy!
