Steps:
- Slice the cheese and sandwich between slices of bread. Cut the sandwiches into gravestone shapes with a knife, cookie cutter or scissors. Butter the sandwiches lightly on both sides, then fry slowly in a frying pan over a low heat until golden brown and the cheese is beginning to melt. (Alternatively grill under the grill)
- Cover the bottom of a tray with the skinny potato stix
- Write 'RIP' on each gravestone with the writing icing and arrange on top of the chipsticks. Serve garnished with celery leaves.
