Breaded Ranch BBQ Fried Pork Chops

6 pork chops
2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix Shaker
2 eggs
3 tablespoons Barbecue Sauce
1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
olive oil

Steps:

  • Season the pork chops with 2 teaspoons of the seasoning mix and set aside.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs with the barbecue sauce. On a plate or in another shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining seasoning mix.
  • One at a time, dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, shake off excess, then press into the breadcrumbs on both sides.
  • Pour olive oil into a large pan so that it goes about ¼-inch up the sides and set the pan over medium heat. Cook pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side (you may need to do this in batches). Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°. Remove chops; keep warm., Combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; gradually stir into skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with pork.
