Try Lisa Oz's dressing on your next bowl of salad.

Provided by The Dr. Oz Show

Yield 16

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 garlic clove
crushed 3 tbsp cider vinegar 1 tsp pure maple syrup 1/2 tsp tamari or soy sauce 1/4 tsp fine sea salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1 tbsp fresh chives
finely chopped

Steps:

  •  1. Whisk the mustard and garlic together in a small bowl. 2. Add the vinegar, maple syrup, tamari, salt, and pepper and whisk well. Gradually whisk in the oil. Or combine all of the ingredients in a jar and shake well. 3. Stir in the chives. The dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar dried herbs: garlic powder
rosemary
thyme
red pepper flakes for spice 2 tbsp olive oil (optional) mustard or lemon

Steps:

  • 1. Mix apple cider vinegar with two tablespoons of olive oil and stir. 2. Sprinkle preferred choice of dried herbs into mixture, and thoroughly stir together. 3. Pour dressing over salad of choice.
