I got this recipe from Kraft & made it for my daughters 2nd birthday, it's very simple to put together & the kid's will love to help you decorate it as my little one did. Cooking time is refrigeration time. You will also need a plastic doll or dolly varden spike for this.

Steps:
- BEAT the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the sugar, vanilla and gelatine mixture, beat for a further 2 minutes or until the sugar is dissolved. Stir through the whipped cream.
- SPOON some of the mixture into the base of a foil and cling wrap lined 2L bowl/colander. Arrange the rollettes evenly in the bowl, and pour over the remaining mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour, until set.
- TURN the cake out onto a serving plate. Cover the cake completely with the extra whipped cream, tinted slightly with a food grade colouring of your choice. Use a palette knife to create a swirled effect.
- ADD the doll into the top, and decorate with marshmallows, lollies and cachous.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart ovenproof Pyrex glass mixing bowl with shortening and dust with flour.
- Prepare cake as directed on box. Pour batter into prepared bowl.
- Bake 50-60 minutes or until cake tester inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes.
- Invert on cake plate with widest part of cake on the bottom. Cool 3 hours before decorating.
- Insert a clean doll into center of cake. Decorate the skirt with icing tinted any color or use more than one color. Use a decorator tip to make the skirt as fancy as you like and decorate the top of the doll for the top of the dress also.

- For cake, preheat oven to 325°F (180°C). Grease and flour Classic Batter Bowl. Prepare one cake mix according to package directions. Pour into batter bowl. Bake 1 hour, 10 minutes to 1 hour, 15 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Remove to cooling rack. Cool 15 minutes. Loosen cake and gently turn out onto cooling rack. Cool 3 hours. Repeat with remaining cake mix to make a second cake.To assemble cake, trim off rounded bottoms of cakes to level. Slice off 2 inches (5 cm) from large end of one cake and arrange on serving platter to serve as bottom of doll’s skirt. (Wrap and freeze unused top portion of first cake for later use.)Frost sides and top of cake on platter; top with second cake. Frost second cake. Wrap top of doll with ribbon or lace; secure in back with pins. Insert doll into cake. Decorate skirt as desired. Refrigerate cake until ready to serve. To serve, remove doll and cut into slices with serrated knife.

Original directions dId not specify size cans and boxes, and use butter, but Recipezaar requires you add sizes of each boxes and cans, which I did, but we use margarine, up to you if you prefer butter or margarine.

- Place 4 strips of parchment paper around perimeter of a serving plate or lazy Susan. Place the first layer on the cake plate. Pour over about 1/2 cup icing, spreading evenly to cover. - Preheat oven to 350°F with the rack in the middle position. Butter the inside of a 10- or 12-cup Bundt pan, dust with flour; knock out excess flour. (Alternatively, spray the pan with cooking spray.) Either way, make sure the pan’s nooks and crannies are all thoroughly coated. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, 2 to 4 minutes. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl. Add eggs and egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Scrape down the bowl. Beat in coconut and vanilla extracts just until incorporated. Add flour mixture in three parts, alternating with coconut milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture, mixing after each addition until just combined, about 10 seconds; do not over mix. Spoon half of the cake batter into the prepared pan. Spoon Dark Chocolate Coconut Filling on top of batter, keeping it in the center of the batter and away from the sides of the pan. Spoon remaining batter over the filling. Smooth top with an offset spatula. Bake until a small sharp knife or toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out with just a few moist crumbs, 50 to 55 minutes Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Gently loosen the sides of the cake from the pan and turn it out onto the rack. Place a baking sheet (lined with parchment if you like, for easy cleanup) underneath the wire rack. Pour Simple Coconut Glaze in large, thick ribbons over the crown of the Bundt, allowing the glaze to spread and drip down the sides of the cake. Top with sprinkles, if desired. Allow the glaze to set before serving, about 5 minutes
