6 hard-boiled large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 to 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Dash paprika

Steps:

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set whites aside. In a bowl, mash the yolks. Add mayonnaise, horseradish, dill, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Pipe or spoon into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.

1/3 cup mayonnaise, salad dressing or sour cream
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Paprika or chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Place eggs in large saucepan; cover eggs with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer about 15 minutes. Immediately drain; run cold water over eggs to stop cooking.
  • Peel eggs; halve lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
