DREAM CUPCAKES RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE IT - TASTE OF HOME

Steps:
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions for cupcakes. Fill 30 paper-lined muffin cups half full. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and salt until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and, if desired, coconut. , Drop about 2 teaspoons cream cheese mixture into the center of each cupcake. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Store in the refrigerator.

- Make cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350° and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with vegetable oil, eggs, and 3/4 cup Baileys. Bake according to package directions and let cool completely before frosting.
- Meanwhile, make frosting: In a large bowl, combine butter, half of the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup Baileys, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Using a hand mixer, beat until smooth. Add the rest of the powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Pipe onto cupcakes and garnish with chocolate sauce and shaved chocolate. Serve.
