Turkey ranch pinwheels are quick and easy to prepare for any family gathering. Make this recipe with turkey, cheese, lettuce, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and tortillas.

Steps:
In small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix and cheese until well-combined.
Lay tortillas on a flat work surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over all four tortillas. Layer with turkey and 1–2 lettuce leaves each.
Roll the tortillas up tightly to enclose the ingredients. Cut each roll gently, seam-side down, into about 6 slices.
Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.

- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Spread 1/3 of the cream cheese spread onto the tortilla.
- Line 3 slices of Provolone cheese down the center of the tortilla.
- Make a single layer of green leaf lettuce that covers the tortilla
- Layer enough salami over the lettuce and repeat with the pepperoni.
- Roll tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice roll into about 1 inch thick pinwheels.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 8-x-8" baking pan with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, unroll dough and separate the sheet into rectangles. Pinch the perforations to seal. Spread mustard onto each rectangle. Top with sliced ham and cheese. Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle. Pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 5-6 slices. Place cut side up in baking pan. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder and parsley. Brush over pinwheels, then sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the rolls are golden.
