These fresh-tasting, easy crab cakes are perfect for dinner any night of the week--just serve them with a simple, low-carb mustard sauce or 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Steps:
- Mix crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, red and green bell peppers, parsley, baking powder, Worcestershire sauce, and seafood seasoning in a large bowl until blended.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Working in batches, use a tablespoon to carefully spoon poker chip-sized mini "cakes" into the skillet; batter will be loose. Cook on one side until firm, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until lightly browned and heated through, about 1 minute more.

You can even make this crab dip recipe ahead of time by filling the bread bowl early in the day and chilling it until serving. - In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream; mix well. Fold in crab, cheese and onions. Cut the top third off each loaf of bread; carefully hollow out bottoms, leaving 1-in. shells. Cube removed bread and tops; set aside. Spoon crab mixture into bread bowls. Place on baking sheets. Place reserved bread cubes in a single layer around bread bowls. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° until the dip is heated through, 45-50 minutes. Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, crackers or toasted bread cubes.
