TOP SECRET RECIPES | POPEYES SPICY MAYONNAISE
The ridiculously popular crispy chicken sandwich at Popeyes comes with your choice of regular mayonnaise or kicked-up spicy mayonnaise. Fortunately, I was able to hack the sandwich before it sold out just a couple weeks after its debut (get the recipe here), but that recipe includes just plain mayonnaise. Recently I had the chance to hack the secret spicy mayonnaise, and I’m glad I did. Popeyes chicken sandwich with regular mayonnaise is crazy good, but with spicy mayonnaise, that sandwich is great. You can use this sauce on a variety of sandwiches and burgers, or as a dip for chicken fingers, nuggets, and fried shrimp. THAI-STYLE PEANUT SAUCE RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
This robust and flavorful peanut-based Thai sauce may be prepared as spicy as you prefer. When used for noodles or chicken, it's simply delicious.

Steps:
- Mix together the brown sugar, rice wine, and rice wine vinegar in a small bowl until smooth.
- Combine the coconut milk and peanut butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat and stir until the peanut butter melts, being careful to not allow the coconut milk to boil. Stir the sugar mixture into the coconut milk mixture; pour into a bowl; stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, chili sauce, ginger, and fish sauce.

TOP SECRET RECIPES | GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL COFFEES
With just a few simple ingredients you can recreate the European-style coffees that come in rectangular tins at a fraction of the cost. Included here are clones for Cafe Vienna, French Vanilla Cafe, and Suisse Mocha. Since these famous instant coffee blends are created by Maxwell House, it's best to use Maxwell House instant coffee, although I've tried them with Folger's and Taster's Choice, and the recipes still work out fine. You'll also need a coffee bean grinder to grind the instant coffee into powder. When you're finished making the mix, you can store it for as long as you like in a sealed container, until you're ready for a hot coffee drink. When that time comes, measure some of the mix into a cup and add boiling water. Stir well and enjoy while watching shows about Europe on the Travel Channel to enhance the experience.
