1 lb smoked turkey, chopped
8 ounces cooked ham, chopped
8 ounces process swiss cheese or 8 ounces American cheese, torn
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut up
1 cup light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard
6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
1/2 cup cherries or 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • In a 3- or 3 1/2-quart slow cooker, combine turkey, ham, process cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard.
  • Cover and cook on high-heat setting for 1 to 2 hours or until cheeses are melted, stirring after 1 hour.
  • Serve immediately or keep warm, covered, on warm setting or low-heat setting for up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Before serving, stir in half of the bacon. Top with the remaining bacon and tomatoes.
  • Serve with baguette crisps or vegetable dippers.

1 pound Deli Turkey
1 pound Deli Ham
8 ounce Cream Cheese
12 ounce American Cheese Slice
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
16 ounce Bacon
8 ounce Grape Tomatoes
3/4 cup Pickles
to taste Pita Bread

Steps:

  • Cook and chop the Bacon (16 ounce). Chop the American Cheese Slice (12 ounce). Quarter the Grape Tomatoes (8 ounce). Chop the Deli Ham (1 pound). Chop the Deli Turkey (1 pound). Chop the Pickles (3/4 cup).
  • Add the sliced turkey, sliced ham, sliced american cheese, Mayonnaise (3/4 cup), Cream Cheese (8 ounce), and Seasoned Salt (1 1/2 teaspoon) to a slow cooker.
  • Mix together and cook on low heat for 2 hours (stirring occasionally), or until cheese is melted and dip is warmed through.
  • Add the bacon pieces, tomatoes and pickles. Stir and heat for 10 additional minutes on low heat.
  • Cut the Pita Bread (to taste) into wedges and serve warm with the pita wedges.
