PUMPKIN FUDGE 6 | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
I got this recipe from the Circleville Pumpkin Show festival. I tasted the fudge which is very good.I got the recipe from a flyer there. It is unusual, and grabs peoples attention when you tell them what flavor your fudge is.

Number Of Ingredients 10
Steps:
- grease a 9" square pan and line with foil
- In a heavy saucepan combine sugar, butter, pumpkin, milk, corn syrup and pumpkin pie spice Cook stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil
- Continue cooking, stirring constantly until a candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees ( soft ball stage ) about 12 minutes
- Remove from heat. Stir in morsels, marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla
- Pour into prepared pan. Let stand 2 hours or until completely cooled
- turn pan over onto cutting board and remove foil. Cut fudge into squares

Preparation. Brown the ground beef with onion, salt, pepper, sugar and chili powder. Drain and rinse the kidney beans and add to the beef when it has completely cooked.
