Steps:
- Wash strawberries and let dry completely.
- Melt chocolate almond bark in a bowl according to package instructions.
- Hold strawberry by stem and dip into chocolate. Pull strawberry out of the melted chocolate and let the excess drip into the bowl. Place the chocolate strawberry on parchment paper.
- Repeat with all strawberries, then place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
- Using a narrow icing tip or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off, pipe frosting football laces on each chocolate dipped strawberry.

- In a microwave-safe bowl, or in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, cook chocolate until melted. Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth. Holding berries by the stem, dip each one in molten chocolate, about three-quarters of the way to the stem. Place, stem side down, on wire rack and chill in refrigerator until hardened.
