Steps:
- Wipe 1" wide band of butter around the rim of a 3 quart pan to prevent boil-over.
- Combine milk, sugar, cocoa, butter and peanut butter.
- Stir and bring to boil over medium heat. Let boil for 1 1/2 minutes, do not stir.
- Remove from heat. Stir in oats and vanilla. Stir until oats evenly distributed.
- Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Cool. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.

Steps:
- Mix 2/3 cup (one small can) Carnation evaporated milk, 1-2/3 cups sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to boil; cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. When the milk starts to bubble around edges of pan is when you should start timing the 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat. Add 1-1/2 cups (16 medium) diced marshmallows, 1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Stir vigorously for 1 minute (or until marshmallows melt).
- Pour into an 8-inch square buttered pan. Garnish with nuts.
- Cool. Cut in squares.

- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat the egg, oil, milk, lemon juice and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in zucchini, chocolate chips and walnuts. Fill 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full., Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Freeze option: Freeze cooled muffins in an airtight container. To use, thaw at room temperature or, if desired, microwave each muffin on high for 20-30 seconds or until heated through.
