Cured Chicken Ham Sausage recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

When frying cured chicken, because children like to eat ham, they put some ham sausage, so that the fried ham sausage is more flavorful and delicious.

2 pcs Red chili
A Ham sausage
2 grams salt
2 grams Soy sauce
15 grams oil
2 grams MSG

Steps:

  • Ingredients,
  • Change the knife.
  • Add the cooking oil and stir-fry the diced chicken.
  • Stir fry for a while,
  • Pour in the ham,
  • Put in the pepper, some ginger shreds and some ginger shreds, and then add some salt to let the peppers taste.
