I found this recipe on KidsKuisine.com. It was a HUGE hit with my kids, even my most picky eater asked for seconds! (I actually enjoyed it myself!) And the best part is it was so easy to prepare.

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can canned chili
5 hot dogs, sliced thin
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix together Bisquick mix and water.
Stir until a soft ball forms.
Roll or pat dough into a 12 inch circle on an ungreased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Pinch the edge of the circle to form a crust.
Spread the chili over crust, and then add cheese, and top with hot dog slices.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
4 hot dogs, sliced into 1/2- inch pieces
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (12 inch) Boboli pizza crusts
1 -2 cup cheddar cheese

Steps:

In a medium skillet over high heat, add beef, onion, and garlic. Brown for about 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then add hot dogs and continue browning, another 3 minutes. Add chili powder and cumin. Cook another 3 to 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes more.
Place mixture on pizza crust and top with cheese.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Top with favorite chili dog toppings like saurkraut, raw onion, chopped tomato, relish or mustard.

Preheat oven to 500°. Grease two large baking sheets with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, roll out 1 piece of pizza dough into a large circle roughly 8" in diameter. Transfer onto prepared baking sheet, then repeat with other piece of pizza dough. Brush the surface of each pizza with olive oil. Spread 1 cup of chili on each pizza, leaving a 1" border around the edges of the dough. (This will be your crust!) Divide cheddar evenly between both pizzas, then top with sliced hot dogs. Bake until cheese is melty and dough is cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes, checking on the pizzas and rotating them in the oven halfway through. Top with red and green onions before serving.
