- Combine cheese, chili and chiles in a saucepan or fondue pot. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until the cheese melts. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

- In a glass pie dish, spread the cream cheese in an even layer (try using the back side of a large spoon to spread!).
- Next spread the beanless chili over the cream cheese.
- Then sprinkled 1 cup of shredded cheese over the chili.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
