ANNE'S CROCK POT CHICKEN RECIPE - FOOD.COM
I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it's been a family favorite. The sauce is good over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.

Steps:
- Wash chicken and pat dry.
- Brush with butter.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place in crock pot.
- Sprinkle with dry salad mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
- About 3/4 hour before serving, mix soup, cream cheese, wine, and onion in small saucepan.
- Cook until smooth. Pour over chicken in pot.
- Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low.
- Serve with sauce.

- In a shallow dish, combine butter and garlic. In another a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, cheese and parsley. Dip chicken in butter, then coat evenly with crumb mixture., Roll up chicken and place seam side down in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until chicken juices run clear., Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve chicken with a dollop of sauce.

Dec 16, 2010 · 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2-3 tbsp. sliced black olives (or Kalamata olives) 1 cup tzatziki sauce. Salt and pepper, to taste. Pita, for serving. Crumbled feta cheese. Directions: Combine the chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives and tzatziki sauce in a medium bowl. Stir well to combine.

Chicken Annie’s is a very busy place on weekend evenings, but even with a full parking lot we were seated quickly and served efficiently. The prices are surprisingly low and the portions are large. The potato salad and coleslaw are also in the German style.
