Need a low-carb wrap option for your brown bag lunch? Here's your new go-to. Cheese wraps can be customized in tons of flavor varieties and filled like you would any tortilla.

- For each wrap, cut a 15x11-inch piece of parchment paper. Cut in half crosswise. On one piece of parchment lay one slice of cheese. Tear another cheese slice into four equal pieces and arrange around cheese on paper without overlapping. Sprinkle with pepper and herb or spice, if desired. Cover with remaining parchment. Microwave on 100% power (high) for 15 seconds. Remove from microwave. Without uncovering cheese, use your fingers to press from the center outward to form a 7-inch circle of cheese (make sure to fill in any gaps that show through the paper). Place covered cheese in the freezer for 2 to 3 minutes or until firm. Peel cheese wrap from paper. Repeat with remaining cheese slices and additional parchment.
- To store, place in an airtight storage container with parchment in between. Chill up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month; thaw in the refrigerator before using.

HAM AND CHEESE WRAPS RECIPE - FOOD.COM
This recipe is adapted from a Pampered Chef recipe out of their 2004 Spring / Summer "Season's Best" cookbook. The original recipe calls for iceburg lettuce, tomatoes and green bell peppers, but I have made some changes to adapt for our family's taste. This is a great base start and the combination possabilities are endless.

Steps:
- Combine cream cheese, honey and mustard in a small bowl.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto one side of each flat bread wrap.
- Add layer of spinach over cream cheese mixture, then layer of ham (2 slices per wrap). Press down firmly.
- Add layer of sliced swiss cheese (1 slice per wrap), then layer with bacon (2 slices per wrap).
- Add pepperochini's as an option.
- Roll each wrap, then cut diagonally with a serated (bread) knife.
