Our pastor made this for a get-together, and my husband and I just couldn't stay away from the hors d'oeuvres table. The cheesy slices taste great served warm, but they're still wonderful when they've cooled slightly. —Krysten Johnson, Simi Valley, California

1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small red onion, chopped
3-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Alfredo sauce, optional

Steps:

  • Place the crust on an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic and oregano; spread over crust. Bake at 450° until edges are lightly browned, 8-10 minutes. Cut into wedges. If desired, serve with Alfredo sauce.

1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
1/4 cup pizza sauce
8 pepperoni slices
1 tablespoon mini pepperoni slices
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz)
1/4 cup Alfredo pasta sauce
1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz)
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Grease extra-large (14 1/4x13 1/4-inch) cookie sheet with vegetable oil. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet; press into 13x12-inch rectangle.
  • Cut dough diagonally into 2 triangles. Shape each triangle into desired wedge size and thickness, making sure there is at least 1/2 inch space between wedges.
  • For Pepperoni Pizza Wedge: Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce over dough; top with pepperoni slices. Top with 3/4 cup cheese. For Sausage Alfredo Pizza Wedge: Spread 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce over dough; top with Italian sausage. Top with 3/4 cup cheese, the onion and bell peppers.
  • Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are golden brown. To serve, cut into mini wedges.
