1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (from 15-oz jar)
3/4 cup frozen sweet peas
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
1 bag (16 oz) Cascadian Farm™ Spud Puppies™ frozen organic crispy golden potatoes

Steps:

Heat oven to 425°F.
In 10-inch ovenproof skillet, cook beef over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in cheese sauce. Layer frozen peas and cheese on top of beef mixture. Top with even layer frozen potatoes.
Bake about 25 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and golden brown and mixture is bubbling.

1/2 package Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (about 2 tablespoons)
3 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (6 oz)
1 cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream and guacamole, if desired

Steps:

Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with sides with foil or cooking parchment paper. Place frozen potatoes on cookie sheet. Bake as directed on bag.
