Boiled Bean Sprouts recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

The bean sprouts are on the market, and you can eat delicious bean sprouts again, so happy! The bean sprouts bought from the vegetable market have to be picked again, because some of the bean sprouts even the stems are picked, and they are not seedlings. They are hard and affect the taste. The bean sprouts planted by my aunt are delicious. Unfortunately, my aunt's bean sprouts are not yet ready for harvest. I can only buy them at the market if I want to eat them!

600 grams Bean sprouts
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • For the bean sprouts, pick out the hard stems and remove them.
  • After washing twice, soak in a little salt water for 10 minutes
  • Boil water in a pot
  • Add the bean sprouts after boiling the water
  • Use chopsticks to flip the bean sprouts
  • Pour in the right amount of peanut oil
  • Cover the pot and cook for 3 minutes
  • Load up the bean sprouts and pour out the vegetable water
  • Add 2 tablespoons salt
  • Pour two more circles of peanut oil and mix well. Light and delicious seasonal bean sprouts can be enjoyed
