Pretty sure we'll convert some buffalo wing purists with this recipe.

½ cup butter
¼ cup hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
24 chicken wings or drumettes
2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together butter, hot sauce and vinegar. Dip drumettes in butter mixture; arrange in single layer in large baking pan. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Bake until chicken is browned and an internal temperature of 165°F has been reached, about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot with celery and Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing, for dipping.

1½ cups chicken
1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese
½ cup red hot sauce (or to taste)
1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
½ cup bleu cheese
½ cup sour cream (optional for added creaminess)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients until blended, then spoon into shallow 1-quart baking dish.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir. Serve warm with crackers, chips, pretzels and/or vegetables.

    Alternative slow cooker method: Mix first 6 ingredients together in a medium bowl, transfer mixture to a slow cooker, and cook on high for 1½ to 2 hours. Garnish with green onions, if desired, and serve warm with crackers, chips, pretzels, and/or vegetables.

  • Preheat the oven to the lowest temperature and then turn it off. Alternatively, turn it to a “keep warm” setting. Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and cayenne pepper sauce to combine, then pour the sauce over the cauliflower. Mix everything together well.  In a separate large bowl or large resealable plastic bag, combine the almond flour or breadcrumbs and seasoning (if using). Transfer the cauliflower to the bowl or bag with the breading. Use tongs or a slotted spoon so you don’t end up pouring in extra sauce. Toss (or shake) the cauliflower to coat it in the breading. Transfer half of the coated cauliflower to your air fryer, using both the bottom and upper racks to avoid overcrowding. Set the air fryer to 350º and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cauliflower is golden brown and cooked through, but not mushy. Place the cooked cauliflower on a sheet pan in the oven to keep warm. Continue to cook the remaining cauliflower in the air fryer.  To make the buffalo ranch dipping sauce, add your desired amount of wing sauce to the ranch dressing, to taste. Serve the buffalo cauliflower with the dipping sauce.
