Steps:

Drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside of a large glass. Add scoop of ice cream to garnished glass; set aside.
- 2.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, whiskey, Irish cream, cream of coconut, chocolate liqueur, and RumChata. Shake until well combined and chilled.
- 3.
Strain into prepared glass and top with whipped topping, chocolate shavings, and a maraschino cherry, if desired. Serve immediately.
