When I saw it, I was fascinated by the open mouth. It was like a flower about to bloom, very beautiful. You can choose your favorite fillings. Coconut paste and purple potato fillings are good. When the red bean paste open-mouthed puff pastry bloomed like flowers in the process of baking, I was so excited, I smelled the scent of the puff pastry before it was out of the oven, and tasted the puff pastry before it was completely cooled. 200 g All-purpose flour
180 grams Low-gluten flour
20 grams White sugar
160 grams lard
90g water
Right amount Egg liquid
Right amount Red bean paste

Steps:

  • Oil skin: 200 grams of medium powder, 20 grams of white sugar, 90 grams of water, 70 grams of lard, mix well and knead into a smooth dough
  • Shortbread: 180 grams of low flour, 90 grams of lard, mix well and knead into a smooth dough
  • Cover the oily skin and shortbread with plastic wrap and relax for 30 minutes
  • Divide the oil skin and shortbread into 24 portions
  • Wrap the oily skin into the shortbread and knead it into a ball
  • Flatten the wrapped pastry with the mouth facing upwards, and roll it into an oval shape with a rolling pin
  • Roll up from top to bottom, relax for 15 minutes, repeat the same method, relax for 15 minutes
  • Pack a portion of red bean paste and arrange it into balls
  • Place it with the mouth facing down, and put it into the baking tray
  • Brush the wrapped raw embryo with egg yolk liquid on the surface with a brush

250 grams Flour
10gram milk powder
100 g milk
1 piece egg
30g oil
45 grams Sugar
2 grams salt
3 grams yeast
Right amount Black bean paste

Steps:

  • Put the above main ingredients into the bread bucket. Press the kneading key twice.
  • Knead into a smooth dough
  • Press the dough button again to make the dough twice as large.
  • Take out, divide the dough into three equal parts, and knead it into a smooth dough.
  • After standing for 20 minutes, beat it, press flat, and add black bean paste.
  • Close the mouth and squeeze it down,
  • Pat flat
  • Use a spatula to divide it into 8 short pieces, which are a bit like flower petals. Be careful not to cut off in the middle.
