Prep Time 10 minutes

Cook Time 1 hours 20 minutes

Yield 1 serving

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 artichoke
½ lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
