- Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Wrap bacon tightly around hot dogs; place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until bacon is thoroughly cooked and hot dogs are browned. Serve immediately in buns with your favorite toppings.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika and cayenne pepper and mix well. Set aside.
- Slice the bacon strips into thirds. Wrap each frank with a piece of bacon, secure with a toothpick and place on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining franks and bacon. Thoroughly coat each bacon-wrapped frank in the brown sugar mixture and place back on the baking sheet.
- Bake until the bacon is crispy, 12 to 15 minutes. The rub has a lot of sugar in it, so make sure to turn halfway through the cooking process so the bottoms do not burn.

- Preheat oven to 350˚. Pour milk over the bread slices. Allow it to soak in for several minutes. Place the ground beef, milk-soaked bread, Parmesan, seasoned salt, salt, black pepper, and parsley in a large mixing bowl. Pour in beaten eggs.
With clean hands, mix the ingredients until well combined. Form the mixture into a loaf shape on a broiler pan, which will allow the fat to drain. (Line the bottom of the pan with foil to avoid a big mess!) Lay bacon slices over the top, tucking them underneath the meatloaf. Make the sauce: add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and hot sauce in a mixing bowl. Stir together. Pour 1/3 of the mixture over the top of the bacon. Spread with a spoon. Bake for 45 minutes, then pour another 1/3 of the sauce over the top. Bake for another 15 minutes. Slice and serve with remaining sauce. Serve with mashed potatoes. Yummy!

- Prepare campfire or grill for medium-high heat. In a Dutch oven, cook beef over campfire 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Move Dutch oven to indirect heat. Cook, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Freeze option: Freeze cooled meat mixture in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a saucepan, stirring occasionally; add water if necessary.
