5 MINUTE FUDGE PEANUT BUTTER RECIPES

Steps:

• Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
• In a microwave-safe bowl, add the butter, and microwave it until completely melted.
• Add in the erythritol and stevia, and whisk well. Microwave in 30-second intervals, whisking in between until all the sweetener is melted.
• Add in the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Whisk until a homogeneous mixture forms.
• Pour the mixture into the lined pan, and sprinkle some flakey salt on top if desired.
• Refrigerate until set at least for an hour.
• Cut into 14 2x2 inch pieces or smaller .
• Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Steps:

• Line a 9 X 13 cake pan with waxed paper and set aside. I have also used plastic wrap to line pan, but it is harder to remove.
• Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute and stir.
• Continue heating and stirring until chocolate is smooth and creamy. I usually heat for 30 second intervals. Chocolate that is too hot will become hard.
• When chocolate is melted, add the jar of peanut butter. Stir until mixture is smooth.
• Pour into wax paper lined cake pan. To remove air pockets, slightly bump in counter or tabletop.
• Put pan in a cool place, I sometimes put it in the refrigerator, to set up. Cut into bite size pieces and store in an air tight container.
