Steps:

  • If you want to do the math yourself - here is the formula: Multiply the number of ounces by 0.125 which is the number of cups per ounce. For example 16 oz.x 0.125=2 cups
  • Divide the value in grams by 28, which is the number of grams per ounce, to find the number of ounces. For example 168 grams divide by 28= about 6 oz. 6 oz. x 0.125=0.75 cups or 3/4 cup.

CLAYBUSTER 1034-20 3/4OZ 20 GAUGE WAD [RECIPE AND REVIEW]
All of my online research says that you can use any recipe for the 7/8oz CB 1078-20 wads when using the 3/4 wads. The physics do make sense as even if you put the same powder, with less shot, in a similar wad – at worst, you have a bad pattern because the shot is spread to heck from a hot load.

RECIPE FOR 3/4OZ LOAD AND TITEWAD POWDER? | TRAPSHOOTERS FORUM
May 10, 2012 · The only powders I've found for consistent 3/4 oz loads in the 1200 to 1275 fps range are WW AA Lite and Alliant Extra Lite. Tightwad is real good for 1oz and ok for 7/8 oz. Just my experience.

12 GAUGE 3/4 OZ LOADS | SHOTGUN REPORT®
Sep 10, 2014 · Hodgdon lists some 3/4 oz loads for Remington and Winchester hulls using Clays powder and Federal 12SO wads. 1200, 1250 and 1300 fps loads are listed. You can get the loading recipes at Hodgdon. I don’t see any 3/4 oz 12 gauge loads listed on the Alliant Powder site. How well do the listed Hodgdon 3/4 oz loads perform? Dunno.

3/4 OZ 20 GAUGE | SHOTGUN REPORT®
Aug 27, 2012 · 3/4 Oz 20 Gauge. I would think that, all things being equal, a 20 ga. shooting a 3/4 oz load would have the following benefits over a 3/4 oz load in the 28 ga.: 1. Same recoil as a 28 ga. (maybe even somewhat less if the 20 ga. is a bit heavier than your typical 28 ga.) 2. 20 gauge guns are more common (therefore usually less expensive) 3.

3/4 OZ 20 GAUGE LOADS | SHOTGUN FORUM
Sep 03, 2007 · The 3/4 Oz loads in the 20 ga work well. It is possible to go a step further and get to 5/8 Oz I started with the old Hercules books and worked with Green Dot and got a good load that cycled an 1100 skeet gun very well at 5/8 oz payload.

3/4 OZ LOADS USING LIL GUN POWDER - 28 GAUGE SOCIETY
Feb 08, 2013 · The question about using Lil Gun powder for 3/4 oz loads is to try and reduce the number of componients that I will need to buy. IMO Lil’gun would most likely make a poor choice for ¾ oz. loads. Its’ burning range is close to that of Hodgdon’s H-110 and Alliant’s 2400 (.410 powders).

JELLO SHOTS - JO COOKS
Aug 07, 2020 · This recipe is made with 16 oz of liquid, 4 oz of which are vodka. This will give you 1/4 oz of vodka per shot. This will equal a 10% alcohol content. If you want the shots to give more of a buzz, you can replace some or all of the cold water with vodka. As long as you add 1 cup of cold liquid in total for step two, the recipe will work just fine.
