Number Of Ingredients 8

1 Moxifit Pudding/Shake, any flavor
2 egg whites, beaten
2 oz water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp pink salt
1 tsp monk fruit (optional)

Steps:

  • Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray and pre-heat.  
  • Beat egg whites with vanilla.  
  • Mix all dry ingredients together, add egg whites and vanilla.  
  • Slowly add water until desired consistency is achieved.  
  • Pour mixture in waffle iron and cook.  
  • Enjoy with sugar free pancake syrup (optional).
