Steps:
- In the bowl of a slow cooker, add the white chocolate chips, whipping cream, milk, and vanilla.
- Cover and cook on low for 1 to 1½ hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and the white chocolate chips are melted.
- After cooking, (when ready to serve), add the RumChata.
- Serve warm, garnished with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.

- In 4-quart slow cooker, place baking chips, milk, heavy cream and vanilla.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Serve immediately, or decrease to Warm heat setting to keep hot until ready to serve.
- Add 1 oz coffee liquor to cup before pouring hot cocoa into cup. Top each serving with whipped cream and miniature marshmallows.

- Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 9"-x-13” pan. Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package directions and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Poke cake all over with the bottom of a wooden spoon. In a small bowl, microwave marshmallow crème and water for 10 seconds, then stir until smooth. Pour all over cake, making sure to fill the poked holes. Make whipped topping: in a large bowl, combine heavy cream and hot cocoa mix. Using a hand mixer, beat until stiff peaks form, 3 to 4 minutes. Frost cake with the whipped cream and garnish with marshmallow bits and chocolate shavings. Serve.
