Ingredients

? cup sugar
? cup water
2?½ cups refrigerated fresh orange juice
2 cups bourbon
½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 large lemons)
3 cups chilled club soda
Fresh orange slices (optional)

Steps:

Combine sugar and 1/3 cup water in a 1-cup glass measure. Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes; stir until sugar dissolves. Cool to room temperature.
Combine sugar mixture, orange juice, bourbon, and lemon juice in a large pitcher; stir well. Stir in club soda just before serving. Garnish with orange slices, if desired.

3 cups Whiskey
2 cups Hibiscus Tea
½ cup Lemon Juice
½ cup Walnut Liqueur
½ cup Sugar
Lemon Peels

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine sugar and lemon peels. Rub or muddle these together to create what is known as oleo-saccharum to release the oils of the lemon peels into the sugar; this will create a greater depth of flavor than just the juice of a lemon. Let this infuse for at least 30 minutes.
Dissolve the sugar with warm tea.
Add whiskey, lemon juice, and walnut liqueur. Stir to fold all elements together.
It is recommended to cover and chill the bowl of punch overnight and then add a large block of ice once the party has started. Because punch is a large-format drink, you do not want to over dilute too quickly. Simply take a household item, such as Tupperware, to freeze large blocks of ice. This will keep the punch cold without melting immediately.
Garnish with freshly cut lemon wheels.
