400 grams Glass noodles
2 red chile peppers
2 red Bell pepper
2 garlic
500 grams King prawn
4 tablespoons sesame oil
Lime juice
Fish sauce

Steps:

  • Cook the noodles according the package directions. Cut into small pieces, if you'd like, and drain well.
  • Rinse the chilis and bell peppers.  Halve, and julienne both. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté with the shrimp in the sesame oil for 1-2 minutes. Add the peppers, and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes. Mix in the noodles, cook briefly, season to taste with lime juice and fish sauce, and serve.
