Steps:
- Preheat oven 375 degrees. Cook the rice-a-roni according to package directions.Place it in the bottom of a sprayed baking pan.
- In a bowl mix the chicken, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup together. Place on top of the rice in baking pan.
- Add the cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
- In a bowl melt the butter and stir in the crackers. Place cracker on top of the cheese layer. Sprinkle with Poppy seeds
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve.

- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Note: For testing purposes only, we used Keebler Town House crackers.

Sprinkle poppy seed over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until crackers are crispy and golden and cheese is melted.
