2 sticks unsalted butter
Herbs and spices of your choice!

Steps:

  • Pack the LEVO Herb Pod with the herbs and spices of your choosing.
  • Place the Herb Pod into the LEVO reservoir and shut the lid.
  • Set your LEVO to “Infuse” for 15-30 minutes at 160-175°F. Make sure to check theLEVO Herb Calculator for the proper settings. Depending on the herbs you choose, these numbers might differ slightly!
  • Once complete, dispense compound butter into an airtight glass container.
  • If you’ve gotLEVO Herb Blocks, move your compound butter into there for safe keeping in the refrigerator. If not, pour your butter onto parchment paper and mold it into a log. Pop it in the fridge, and remove it after 2 hours!
  • Enjoy!
