ULTIMATE GRILLED CHEESE | ALLRECIPES
A classic grilled cheese taken to another level with the simplest ingredients and a little time. I recommend serving with a bowl of tomato soup.

Steps:
- Assemble the sandwich by placing Cheddar and mozzarella cheese on the bread. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add sandwich and cook until cheeses melt, 3 to 5 minutes, increasing heat if needed. Flip and cook until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes more.
- Cut in half and top with parsley and chives.

I always make this sandwich after the holidays when I can get get ham right off the bone. Any other time of the year, I get thick cuts from my local deli. This is my daughter's favorite sandwich and I usually reserve it for special occasions. Enjoy :)

Steps:
- Stir together the apple, pecans, salad dressing, and sour cream; set aside. Place a slice of Colby cheese onto 4 of the bread slices, the add the ham, followed by the remaining slice of cheese and bread. Spread the margarine on the outside of the sandwiches.
- Place the sandwiches into a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until the bread is golden brown on both sides and the cheese has melted, about 3 minutes per side. Spread the apple mixture into the middle of each sandwich before serving.

- 1. Make the Fried Onions: Heat 1? to 2 inches of oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. 2. In a shallow bowl, toss the onion in the buttermilk to coat. In another shallow bowl, stir together the flour, paprika, salt and pepper. 3. Remove the onion from the buttermilk, shaking to remove excess liquid, then dredge evenly in the flour mixture. 4. Add the onion to the hot oil and fry until evenly golden brown, about 4 minutes. Remove from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on absorbent paper towels. 5. Make the Dill Sauce: In the bowl of a food processor or blender, process the dill, yogurt, buttermilk, lemon zest and lemon juice until smooth. Season with the onion powder, salt and pepper. 6. Make the Sandwiches: Heat a grill or grill pan until hot. Season the chicken breasts with the mustard powder, salt and pepper. Brush them evenly with the olive oil and then grill until nicely charred on both sides and fully cooked, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool slightly, then cut into thick slices. 7. To build a sandwich, place one piece of bread on a plate and spread with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the dill sauce. Next, evenly layer on slices of tomato, cucumber and grilled chicken; top with fried onions, ? cup parsley leaves and another piece of bread. Repeat to build three more sandwiches.
