1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic
1 cup chives
3/4 tbsp. sea salt to taste

Steps:

  • First, take 2 cloves of garlic and peel. Then wash the garlic and chives and rinse water.
  • Put garlic cloves and chives in the blender jug and pulse for 3o seconds.
  • In a bowl take beaten garlic and chives. Then add mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, and salt. Combine well with a wooden spoon.
  • Once done pour ranch in a jar. Finally, the ranch is ready to serve.

1 package (24 ounces) shells and cheese dinner mix
1/2 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1/3 cup taco sauce
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
4 cups shredded lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Steps:

  • Prepare shells and cheese mix according to package directions. Stir in sausage, taco sauce and seasoning; cook and stir until heated through. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and, if desired, cheddar cheese.
    Freeze option: Freeze cooled pasta mixture in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a saucepan, stirring occasionally and adding a little milk if necessary. Garnish as directed.
