Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
- Remove cookie dough from wrapper. Spoon 1 tablespoon dough into each muffin cup. With fingers, press dough to flatten in cups.
- Place 1 teaspoon chocolate chips on top of dough in each cup. Place additional 1 tablespoon dough over chips in each cup; press lightly to flatten.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Cool in pan about 10 minutes.
- Remove warm cookies from muffin cups. Top each with ice cream, chocolate syrup and 1 cherry.

- Lightly grease 18 muffin pan cups.
- Shape cookie dough into 18 balls.
- Press the cookie dough onto bottoms and spread to the sides of the muffin pan cups.
- Placw in preheated oven of 350 degrees.
- Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer onto a wire rack.
- After cookie cups have cooled completely,top with about 1/3 cup of ice cream.
- Drizzle with ice cream topping.
- Add a dollop of whip cream and then sprinkles, finally top with a cherry.
- Watch the kids faces light up.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat oven and prepare brownie batter according to the mix's instructions. Pour batter into the cups of a muffin tin, filling each one two-thirds of the way up. Bake according to the package's instructions. Grease the bottom of a second, matching muffin tin—or the bottom of a measuring cup that fits inside of the muffin tin—and press into each freshly baked brownie. (We let the brownies sit for 2 minutes before starting this process, just so they could firm up a little, but not so much that they'd be too hard to press.) If using two muffin tins, keep the two pressed together until the brownies have cooled, about 20 minutes. If using measuring cups, keep them pressed for a minute or two before gently removing them. (We found it was easier to pop the brownie cup out of the muffin tin, still attached to the measuring cup, then gently twist it off. Keep the measuring cup well greased—these brownie cups have a tendency to crumble easily when you pull them out.) Place the chopped strawberries and sugar in a small bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes to sweeten berries and pull out any juices. Fill each brownie cup with a scoop of your favorite ice cream, fudge sauce, and strawberries. Serve immediately.
