- Preheat air fryer to 425°. In a bowl, whisk eggs; set aside 1 tablespoon of eggs. Combine the spinach, feta cheese, garlic, pepper and remaining beaten eggs. , Unroll pizza crust; roll into a 12-in. square. Cut into four 6-in. squares. Top each square with about 1/3 cup spinach mixture. Fold into a triangle and pinch edges to seal. Cut slits in top; brush with reserved egg. , In batches if necessary, place triangles in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. If desired, serve with tzatziki sauce.

Steps:
- Cook spinach as directed on package; drain. Cool 15 minutes. With hands, squeeze excess liquid from spinach. Measure 1/4 cup of the spinach; set aside for filling. Cover and refrigerate remaining spinach for another use.
- Cut 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper. Place in bottom of air fryer basket.
- In medium bowl, stir cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of the Parmesan cheese, the salt and garlic powder with spatula until blended. Stir in the 1/4 cup spinach and the artichoke hearts until mixed well.
- Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. With pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut each triangle in half lengthwise to 16 triangles. Spoon approximately 2 teaspoons cream cheese mixture onto each triangle. Roll up, starting at shortest side and rolling to opposite point. Place 8 crescents on parchment in air fryer basket point side down, spacing apart
- In small bowl, stir melted butter with remaining 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese. Brush half of the mixture over tops of crescents in air fryer basket.
- Set air fryer to 325°F; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until crescent tops are light brown. With tongs, turn over each one; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from air fryer. Repeat with remaining crescents, brushing tops with remaining butter mixture before cooking.

- Place spinach and water in a large pot; cook over high, stirring often, until wilted, 5 minutes. Drain spinach; cool about 10 minutes. Press firmly with a paper towel to remove as much moisture as possible. Stir together spinach, cottage cheese, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg white, zest, oregano, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Place 1 phyllo sheet on work surface. Brush lightly with oil using a pastry brush. Top with a second sheet of phyllo; brush with oil. Continue layering to form a stack of 4 oiled sheets. Working from the long side, cut the stack of phyllo sheets into 8 (2 1/4-inch wide) strips. Cut the strips in half, crosswise, to form 16 (2 1/4-inch wide) strips. Spoon about 1 tablespoon filling onto 1 short end of each strip. Fold one corner over the filling to create a triangle; continue folding back and forth to the end of the strip, creating a triangle-shaped phyllo packet. Lightly coat air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place 8 packets, seam side down, in the basket; lightly spray the tops. Cook at 375°F until phyllo is deep golden brown and crispy, 12 minutes, turning packets over halfway through cooking. Repeat with remaining phyllo packets. Serve warm or at room temperature.
