Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Pour the melted butter into a small bowl. Stir in 1 teaspoon Ranch seasoning mix and hot sauce, if using. Dip each wing into the butter and spread out on a sheet pan. Sprinkle with remaining Ranch seasoning mix, cayenne pepper (use less cayenne if you’ve already used hot sauce) and paprika.
Bake until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately with celery and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch dressing, for dipping.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese and, if desired, chipotle pepper. Place butter in a separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces in butter, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere., Place chicken in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink.
