- Cut the potatoes into thin slices with a scraper, or slice them with a knife. Then, boil for 3 minutes with water. Ride out and pass cold water.
- Use one-third of the hot pot base and cut the garlic into minced garlic.
- Saute the minced garlic with hot oil and mix it with the hot pot base and potato chips.
