Sous Vide Chicken Breasts with Lemon, Garlic and Rosemary image

This dish always pleases family and guests alike. For me it is a bit of a “go-to” meal, since I almost always have the key ingredients — the only ingredients — on hand in the house. Finishing on the grill gives it an extra layer of flavor. The brief brine before cooking is worth it, keeping the chicken breasts moist and flavorful.

Sous Vide Chicken Thighs with Yogurt Marinade image

Doesn't this look delicious? I marinated the chicken in the spicy yogurt for a few hours, then cooked the chicken in the Anova Precision Cooker while it was still in the marinade. I think the slow, low-temperature cooking infused even more flavor into this dish. Marinate the chicken at least 2 hours before cooking and add a bit of hot pepper (cayenne) if you prefer some heat.
